Overtime on a weekend
I thought this weekend would be uneventful.
I had this project to shoot that would be filled with adventure during the day.
And I would also oversee a press interview with a celebrity in the evening. I thought this would be easy. This was my day job anyhow.
But this one proved to be much more of a headache.
I was really disappointed with the article that came out from that press interview. As an entertainment writer, I know how much care we put into our stories about celebrities.
One of the lessons that I've learned in writing celebrities is to never burn bridges by putting them in a negative way.
I was cringing at the story. The treatment of the story was wrong. I would have given the story a better treatment and put it into its proper context.
'Nuff said.
